		<description>Ryan,  Thanks for the great message at GMA SHRM.  I have always been a firm believer in employee engagement and it is always good to get a new perspective.  One other thing - I really appreciate the TAN Plan idea you put out there before the networking session.  Need that for every conference/workshop.  I think I will have that as a precursor for our employees for sessions they attend.</description>
