Number 1: You like to text message and facebook almost as much as Millennials.

Number 2: I do enjoy hearing your voice from time to time it's just texting while having a conversation, watching TV, and surfing the web is so much easier then calling you.

Number 3: You're right about the challenges between Xer bosses and their Millennial employees. Our styles are different in many ways but once we understand the unique conditions and events that have shaped who all of us are when we show up at work, we'll be that much closer to creating the innovative culture we all desire. You and I are proof that Xers and Millennials can not only get along but we can also learn a great deal from each other. Thank you for all of your wisdom and guidance.
Keep crushing.
