I&#039;m constantly amazed these days as I go through job listings.  There is very little offered in the way of what the company can do for you...it&#039;s all about what the employer can offer the company.

I think the trust issue is a big one...and HR needs to understand it is no longer a one-way street.  If your company isn&#039;t offering the right mix of professional challenges and flexibility/benefits the younger generation will simply not be interested. I look forward to seeing how this issue evolves.</description>
