I agree,Teachers are doing this to motivates you more and perform well in the class.Children love candies,chocolates and stickers so this are their choice of reward.And as student you will probably do everything just to have a reward.

Shush. I liked to give out M&Ms, not stickers. I think they motivate sales people just as much — if not more — than praise, recognition, and money.
